Letter from the Chairman

For your info & to give you an idea of what I/ we are hoping to get involved
with over the summer, we have penciled in the date of Sat. 17th July for
our first information/consultation session within the Sports & Social Club,
this will be during the late afternoon/ early evening & should be followed
by live music till 11.30pm with a band t.b.c. doing a full set with a duo
doing a support set between 8.00 & 9.00pm

In addition I hope to be able to do something similar on at least one or two
Sundays over the course of the Summer in the Queens Head & to top it all I/
we will be assisting in what I hope will become a weekend? of live music, at
The Selsey Arms at Coolham.

So potentially there could be a lot on in the absence of the Barns Green
Music Festival, with a lot of opportunities to keep live music very much in
the minds of the local community & hopefully opportunities to raise some
additional money for our nominated charities.

So thats my starter for ten, I hope to be in apposition to confirm some or
all of the above in the coming weeks, so will keep you informed
